Yes, this service can be requested in any room category, but it is complimentary when staying in our Exclusive Suite with Private Pool. The spirit of the Butler Service is to provide discreet, personalized attention and anticipate your needs. We offer a wide variety of services, from perfectly pressed suits for a meeting or unpacking and storing your luggage, to arranging coffee and tea service or finding the perfect last-minute gift for someone special.
The spa is also available to non-hotel guests, but prior reservation is essential.
